Backhaus & CO. maintains a bonded warehouse in Hamburg. When importing goods, import duties are due at the border on a regular basis. However, you can save yourself this or regularly delay it for at least 30 days if you store your goods temporarily in our private customs warehouse. Customs duties are not payable until the goods are released for free circulation.
